On June 23rd the boys from Flemington NJ traveled up to the farm to take on the EBBC. The Neshanocks are a great group of players and guys but because of solid defense the EBBC was able to win both ends of the doubleheader 7-1 and 4-0.
On June 24th a good crowd saw two of the best league games so far this season as both the Lynn Live Oaks and Newburyport Clamdiggers were able to claim a vicotry on the day. The games were back and forth throughout the day.
June 30th the Essex Nine traveled to beautiful Fort Williams in Cape Elizabeth Maine to take on their long time friends the Dirigo BBC of Augusta Maine. With a large crowd on a hand the EBBC was able to take both ends of the doubleheader. We would like to thank the Maine Historical Society for setting up the game and we look forward to playing up there again.
