Waltham in the Rain

On a rain soaked day on Sunday the Essex Nine was fortunate enough to slip past the Lynn Live Oaks 17-16.  The day saw some great fielding, key hitting, and then some horrible fielding and horrible hitting.  The Lynn Live Oaks showed their ginger and nearly defeated the Essex Club for the first time ever.  We would like to thank the Civil War Roundtable Group of Greater Boston and the Waltham Historical Days for putting together the event.

Essex returns to action on September 20th as they travel to Dartmouth, MA to take on the Bristol Blues.
